Tech & Product to shape tomorrow’s solutions
We work in cross-functional squads, organised by product and domain (OIP, HUB, SID, Flexi, Digital Services...). Each squad brings together POs, developers, QA, analysts, all operating in agile mode. Clear goals, regular releases, continuous feedback, pair programming, and a well-established DevOps mindset, that’s how we build, together.
HR & Expertise to grow every talent
The HR team ensures a strong social climate, supports individual and collective development, and oversees compliance. It also leads training, mentoring, and internal knowledge-sharing programs.
Marketing & Acquisition to promote FASST and its solutions
The marketing team designs and deploys content, visibility and performance strategies. Its role : to ensure that every message, every channel and every campaign is aligned with FASST’s positioning and key business milestones and delivers real impact.
Sales to build lasting relationships
Sales teams are involved at every stage from first contact to implementation. Their focus : deep product knowledge, practical guidance and long-term client partnerships.
Finance & Admin to support sound growth
Finance & Admin is the backbone of FASST. The team secures operations, supports decision-making, and enables all departments to scale responsibly.
Legal & Compliance to ensure a robust framework
Legal is the guardian of our processes and commitments. It ensures contracts are solid, workflows are compliant, and every obligation is fulfilled.
