We work in cross-functional squads, organised by product and domain (OIP, HUB, SID, Flexi, Digital Services...). Each squad brings together POs, developers, QA, analysts, all operating in agile mode. Clear goals, regular releases, continuous feedback, pair programming, and a well-established DevOps mindset, that’s how we build, together.

The HR team ensures a strong social climate, supports individual and collective development, and oversees compliance. It also leads training, mentoring, and internal knowledge-sharing programs.
