At FASST, growth has never come at the expense of culture. From 2 to over 100 team members in 5 years, our strength lies in a shared mindset that unites us across France and sometimes beyond. Organised into agile squads, our teams evolve in a structured yet flexible environment, with rituals that connect us and a common goal : to bring real innovation to the insurance and wealth management industries.
Experts at the helm of FASST
At FASST, leadership is first and foremost a close-knit team that leads alongside its people. Each member brings deep expertise in insurance, tech, finance or marketing, and shares a common conviction : to move projects forward with clarity, care and high standards.
Our organisation is built on two complementary pillars :
The Executive Committee (COMEX)
which defines the strategy and sets the direction
The Operations Committee (COMOP)
our circle of operational managers, which connects the long-term vision with day-to-day execution

At FASST, every department is actively involved in day-to-day execution. Division leaders work hands-on with their teams, and each team member is empowered to make decisions and move projects forward with autonomy and precision.

An agile organisation : product-focused and customer-oriented
At FASST, our structure is built around autonomous squads, each bringing together the expertise needed to build, deploy and improve our solutions : development, business analysis (MOA), QA, project management and product ownership. Each squad is responsible for a functional domain (OIP, HUB, SID, Flexi...), with one shared goal : to deliver solutions aligned with business needs, customer expectations and technical realities. Our approach is agile and DevOps-driven, built on an open microservices architecture that enables speed and modularity.

A tech team that balances legacy systems with scalability
FASST’s Engineering team brings together architecture, development, QA and project management. Its mission : to design robust, modular and secure platforms that interact with legacy systems often found in insurance and wealth management. Led by Hubert Bettan (CTO & VP Engineering), the team applies a tool-based, impact-driven approach : automated deployment, microservices, full documentation, data-driven KPIs and co-construction with clients.
